Alexander moved to Israel at nineteen with no Hebrew and no experience of the country. He studied in yeshiva (Jewish theological seminary), served in the IDF, and spent years exploring the Land of Israel before returning to the U.S. to complete university and rabbinic studies.

When October 7th happened, he boarded a flight back to Israel and spent the next two years serving on the front lines in Gaza and Lebanon.

But underneath it all, Alex was always a storyteller. Home from the war, he became consumed with one question: how do you share the story of Israel and the Jewish people with the people who feel drawn to it but don't know where to start?
